November 15, 2011	Kenedix Residential Investment Corporation was established and corporate registration was completed under Article 166 of the Investment Trust Law.
November 29, 2011	Application for registration under Article 188 of the Investment Trust Law was submitted.
December 13, 2011	Registration under Article 187 of the Investment Trust Law was approved by the Prime Minister of Japan (Registration Number: 76, Director of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau).
